By accessing or using the Keystone State Future Stars website and registering for any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Participation in KSFS programs — including Travel Team tryouts and the Football Academy — requires completion of a registration form and payment of applicable fees.

All participants must be within the eligible age range for their respective program. KSFS reserves the right to verify age eligibility and to deny or revoke participation if eligibility requirements are not met.

KSFS programs are open to all eligible youth regardless of gender. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for all players.

Registration fees are due at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable except in cases where KSFS cancels a session or tryout.

KSFS reserves the right to modify program fees with reasonable advance notice to registered participants.

All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship at all KSFS events, practices, and tournaments.

KSFS reserves the right to remove any participant, parent, or guardian from a program or event for conduct deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe — without refund.

Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program.

By registering for a KSFS program, you grant Keystone State Future Stars permission to photograph and/or video record participants during practices, games, and events, and to use such media for promotional purposes including social media, the KSFS website, and printed materials.

If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.

Participation in flag football and athletic training activities involves inherent physical risks, including the possibility of injury. By registering a participant in any KSFS program, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts these risks.

Keystone State Future Stars, its coaches, staff, and volunteers are not liable for injuries sustained during program activities, provided that reasonable safety standards and protocols are followed.

All participants are encouraged to consult with a physician before participating in athletic activities.

All content on the KSFS website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Keystone State Future Stars and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

KSFS reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in programs following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in KSFS programs shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
